If your package arrives damaged or with items missing for any reason other than an out of stock or back order, please take photos of the damage to the package and be prepared to provide these photos if reporting damage or missing items. Items packaged under video surveillance, when product shortages are reported, and review of surveillance shows all of the items being packaged, then these photos of the package's damage become important for the insurance claim process by the carrier.

If there are items missing in your delivery most likely there was an out of stock or back order of one or more of the items, you will not be charged for these items, we have a policy of only charging for the products that actually ship and we prefer to avoid back orders. If you would like to return an item, please ship item to our address as shown on this website, a 10% restocking fee may be charged at our discretion, though is usually waived if error was our fault.
